New Equipment Solidifies Olympic Coverage



 

Prior to the Beijing Olympics, CTVS expanded their line of professional equipment.

To make sure none of the action was missed, new ARRI lighting, featuring the Arrisun 200 series (Pocket Par HMI kits), and a great many tungsten lights were waiting to be put to use. The CTVS studio equipment was given a boost with acquisitions of Vinten studio pedestals: Osprey Elite and Hawk. Widescreen triax camera chains with lenses are in stock, as is a Panther Evolution Dolly with the much sought after Panther Precision Tracks.

CTVS also has a very flashly new compact 5-camera OB-Van (OBV3) equipped with everything you would expect and more - including five versatile 16:9/4:3 LDK triax cameras, as well as separate video and audio compartments. This production fleet not only enhanced CTVS’ Olympic studio operations, but also enables complicated or complex requests to be met at any time or place. Everything can be rented-out individually.
