New SNG Van Expands CTVS Mobility



 

In 2008, a Boeing 747 cargo plane crisscrossed the globe, touching down in Beijing from Rotterdam. On board was the newest member of the CTVS family: a brand new 6-ton SNG van.

Fully equipped, this Mercedes Benz Sprinter houses 2 fixed digital TRIAX camera chains with wireless IFB & 300m long cables, an IMX editing suite with playback for Betacam SP, SX, and Digibeta. It also has a 1.8m ERA KU band antenna and digital antenna for return signal.
