Driven by Beijing's burgeoning opportunities and China's growing market CTVS has developed from a small company into a comprehensive service organisation with a proven track record.

Our multi-lingual staff hail from all continents of the globe and boast backgrounds in sinology, anthropology, language studies and of course TV and film production. With rich experience in Asia, CTVS staff have been covering main events and breaking news in the region for many years. From the smallest project, to multi-faceted large-scale productions, CTVS offers everything from research and co-ordination to ENG crews, camera personnel, multi-camera set-ups, live broadcasts and tape playouts.

Our comprehensive store of equipment, lights, grips and studios are available for hire and complete tailor made solutions can be quickly arranged. We believe that exceptional results come from not only excellence on the ground, but also from a solid support base. We currently have strong ties with partners in Europe including PLAZAMEDIA, one of the leading full services providers in TV and New Media production in Europe with a strong sports background.

Our offices are strategically located at two of the most key spots in Beijing; San Li Tun - nestled amongst countless international organisations and embassies our head office ensures both ease of access and use; and The Olympic Green, directly opposite the “Bird's Nest” - China's 100,000 seat National Olympic Stadium designed as a centrepiece for the 2008 Olympic Games. Securing this location ensures prime positioning for the Olympics and preceding events.

ORF - Covering East Asia and the Pacific

CTVS recently teamed up with the Austrian Broadcasting Corporation (ORF) and now provide complete technical support for them across the East Asia/Pacific region.

The partnership began in Summer 2006 and CTVS is proud that all ORF correspondents based in Beijing now call CTVS headquarters home, with their offices happily under our roof.

CTVS provides ORF with reliable and experienced crews for all of their technical needs in the region. From pre-production to satellite feeding, the partnership enables ORF to broadcast a clear view of East Asia and the Pacific to the rest of the world.

ARD – Uniting Germany’s Public Broadcasters

Working hand in hand with ARD (the Association of Public Broadcasting Corporations in Germany - consisting of nine state-run organisations and Deutche Welle), CTVS is ensuring that wherever German media is broadcast, if it is compiled or transmitted from Asia, its quality, timeliness and professionalism is second to none; providing technical support and experienced crew to all networks involved.

EBU – European Ties

CTVS’ long involvement with the EBU (European Broadcasting Union) is continuing to gain momentum. Helping them cover a range of social, political and sporting events in the past, we are pleased to be stepping up the range of services within our working partnership via new equipment, multi-lingual staff and editing services to emcompass all technical, personnel and broadcasting demands upon immediate request - ensuring that nothing stands in the way of the dissemination of information, events and key announcements from Asia, across Europe and throughout the world.
